Welcome to Stonham Barns Golf Centre, Suffolk.
Welcome to Stonham Barns Golf Centre, a Get Into Golf Starter Centre based in the heart of Suffolk. Our aim is to make golf fun. With our facilities of a 9 Hole Golf Course, a 28 Bay Range and facilities of the Mini-Putt Course we can make golf available to everybody. We welcome and encourage juniors and beginners and offer the facilities to help them enjoy golf and develop an overall knowledge of the swing and a general understanding of golfing terms and etiquette. Stonham Barns Golf Centre offers an ideal base for players of all levels to practice & improve their game.
In addition we are a Get Into Golf Starter Centre and we aim to promote and develop beginners and juniors in golf. This enables us to offer subsidised golf tuition and courses throughout the year. Full details are in the Get Into Golf page. In addition we run a Junior Golf Academy and we organise junior coaching throughout the year on Saturday mornings 10.30am - 11.30am (Cost - Free for members and £4.00 for non members). We also run Junior Golf Tournaments throughout the year. These are usually held on the last Sunday of each month from April to October. Entry costs from £7.00 and juniors can just turn up and play anytime between 10am and 3pm. Winners receive a trophy and there are prizes for the top 3 in each age category.
The scenic Suffolk 9 hole golf course is ideal for beginners and game improvers to enjoy their golf. The 9 hole golf course has seven pars 3's and two par 4's and would normally take around an hour to go round.
