Alexandra wins July Stonham Junior Event
11 year old Alexandra Rock travelled over 1,000 miles from Czech Republic to Stonham Barns to play in the July Stonham Junior Tournament. Alexandra, who plays her golf in Prague and has an 18 handicap, scored a 36 in her first round at the Suffolk 9 hole course at Stonham Barns to win the U12 Age group.
The Under 10 Age category was won by Sawyer Osbourn, a 10 year old from Lakenheath Golf Club with the best score of the day, a 33 (4 over par). The Under 8 Age category was won by 6 year old Finlay Brock with an excellent score of 41.
