Stonham Barns October Junior Golf Tournament 2014

The October Stonham Barns Junior Tournament was won by 12yr old Alex Watkins from Hintlesham Golf Club. This was Alex’s third win at Stonham Barns this year. He scored an excellent four over par, 33, four over the 9 hole course.
The Under 12 age category was won by 12 year old with a score of 37. The Under 10 age category was won by 9 year old Stonham Barns player Thomas Laight just beating his friend Jack Harris on count back and the Under 8 age category was won by 8 yr old Henry Meadows from Fynn Valley with a score of 40.
Stonham Barns Golf Centre supports the players of the future and these junior events are an ideal introduction to competitive golf for many of the youngsters as they are played in a relaxed friendly environment.
